Today saw Grandma, Grandpa and Karen readjusting and getting back into their former bowling form. Shigemi, Micah and Noah are used to the new type alleys they have now with night-time (low and flashing lighting) in the daytime as well as having the score automatically recorded and displayed for all to see which caused them to miss the almost-as-much-fun part of bowling for them in keeping the score. A good time was had by all as they adjusted to all these changes AND finally remembered such things as which foot to use to start the approach to the alley. Karen visits with friends this afternoon and catches up on some errands while Gram and Gramp are relaxing with computers and naps after a wonderful very authentic Sushi Lunch at Sushi Ken's in Torrance. The green tea ice cream top-off to the meal was the BEST!
